Multi-Zone Systems 18,000 to 36,000 BTUH
DMC/DMH Mini-Splits - Dual and Tri-Zone
Condition two or three rooms (or one large space) with a single outdoor condenser and multiple air handlers. Each of the indoor units is independently controlled by a wireless remote for specific comfort requirements.
Dual and tri-zone units are ideal for residential use and also great for nursing homes, classrooms, offices, churches, restaurants, schools--anywhere individual comfort control in each room is preferred.
One of more dual or tri-zone systems can be effective (and quiet) for settings such as church sanctuaries or fellowship halls, school commons areas, and more.
As with all mini-splits, there is minimal disruption for installation since ductwork is not required. The sleek indoor units blend with any decor.
All sizes are available in cooling only and heat pump models.
Dual Zone Models: 18,000 and 24,000 BTUH system capacity; 9,000 and 12,000 BTUH per zone respectively.
Tri-Zone Models: 36,000 BTUH system capacity; 12,000 BTUH per zone.

Ideal for locations where it's too expensive or impractical to install ductwork,
or where a window A/C can't be used, a ductless mini-split provides the
effectiveness of a a split system without the problem of adding ducting.
Our ceiling cassettes are inconspicuous when installed. At just 9" deep,
they install easily into a ceiling while the outdoor condenser is simply
connected through a 3" hole in the wall.
The DMC Series offers quiet
operation. The split system design keeps operational sound outside, while the
indoor unit motor and fan are ultra-quiet.

Inverter Technology for efficiency and comfort
Our new "V" Series mini-splits utilize inverter technology to reduce temperature fluctuations while saving up to 40% on energy consumption (compared to a standard mini-split).
Basically the inverter allows the compressor to run at variable speeds to match the demand, providing precise temperature control.
Most of the time the unit runs at a low "economy" speed to maintain the temperature and humidity levels. During times of high demand, the compressor ramps up automatically to a higher speed.
Inverter units reach SEER levels as high as 19.1 for real energy efficiency.
All sizes are available in cooling only and heat pump models, ranging from 9,000 to 30,000 BTUH.
Mini-splits are the ideal solution for conditioning areas where adding ductwork is impractical or too expensive. This includes older homes, bedrooms, sunrooms, additions, office spaces, computer rooms, sports arena skyboxes, and interior warehouse offices, to name just a few.
Mini-splits are easily installed with the condensing unit located outside and the air handler(s) mounted inside. A hole less than 3" in diameter is all that's required to connect lines and wires between the outdoor and indoor components. Units come pre-charged with envionmentally friendly R-410A.

Single Zone Ductless Mini-Splits
Our "S" Series of ductless mini-splits is ideal for locations where it's too expensive or impractical to install ductwork to add air conditioning...or where a window air conditioning unit can't be used. The Indoor unit of the "S" Series includes a Temperature Compensation feature that automatically adjusts to elminate temperature stratification between ceiling and floor temperatures.
These cost-competitive systems are ideal for bedrooms, sunrooms, offices, arena skyboxes, historical properties, warehouse offices and more. A hole approximately 3-inches in diameter is all that's needed to connect the indoor and outdoor units.
The single zone "S" Series comes in cooling only and heat pump models, from 9,000 to 24,000 BTUH
