95% Single Stage Gas Furnace

Two heat exchangers make this one of the most efficient furnaces on the market today. The primary exchanger pulls about three-quarters of the available heat from the burner, then the secondary heat exchanger captures most of what’s remaining. Using 95% or more of the heat output from each cubic foot of gas, this furnace produces not just greater comfort, but also significant fuel savings.

At only 34” in height, the revolutionary design is ideal for renovations and replacements. It will fit in virtually any space where a furnace was previously installed, including basements and utility closets. For contractors and architects, the low profile design is a distinct advantage in the design phase. Available in upflow and downflow/ horizontal models, the line offers many placement options.

Our 95% furnace comes assembled and pre-wired, ready for installation. An integrated control board simplifies hook-ups, and all components are easy to reach.

95% Two-Stage Furnace with ECM Motor

Our 95% two stage gas furnace with ECM variable speed blower keeps you comfortable while saving on fuel. It does this by operating in the low firing mode most of the time, providing a gentle flow of warm air. But when the weather turns really cold, the furnace automatically shifts into the high firing stage to provide the extra heat needed to keep the home comfortable.

The two-stage operation reduces the on-off cycling and temperature swings common with other furnaces. A conventional single-stage model operates at high heat until the thermostat is satisfied, then shuts of until the home cools off enough to trigger another demand for heat. The GTUV model, however, is designed to keep your home constantly at the comfort level you selected.

Energy is saved because in the low stage the burner flame is smaller and blower fan runs at a slower speed. Even in the high stage, the GTUV with its AFUE rating of over 95% (the GTUV120 has an AFUE rating of 93.3%) is super efficient.

The ECM variable speed blower motor adjusts the blower speed to deliver the airflow required by the system. By maintaining constant airflow across a wide range of external static pressures in the air ducts, it results in better indoor air quality and humidity control, in addition to more even temperatures than a single speed motor can provide. Other big advantages are energy efficiency and quiet operation.
